Guest Interviews
Behind the Scenes at Stonestreet Studios is an interview series with masters in the filmmaking, television, and theater world, including actors, directors, producers, production designers, cinematographers and writers.
The following guests were interviewed as part of Stonestreet Studios Screen Acting & Directing Workshop in which NYU Tisch Drama students train in the art of screen acting, collaborate with NYU Tisch Directors & Screenwriters and are immersed in the environment of an independent film studio.
It is the only program in the country that trains actors, directors and writers in the real environment of a film and television studio, taking students out of the classroom and into guided production with a working professional faculty. Students learn to apply, adapt and go beyond their theatrical training, discover the differences between screen and stage acting, sharpen their audition and production skills and create a variety of contacts and bridges into the field with agents, casting directors and other guest artists/teachers that come to the studio.
